Continuous mixer for powder and granules mixing can be used for mixing powder and powder, mixing powder and granules, mixing powder and liquids. But mixing effect is not as good as other batch mixers. And proportion of each materials should be about the same.
This continuous mixer machine is designed in round or U shape barrels with various types of blending paddles. The materials are fed into the continuous powder mixer from one side which is blending continuously and then discharge from the other side.
Usually the materials stay in the blending mixer for 30 to 180 seconds in order to keep continuous feeding and blending at the same time.
2. Applied industries:
Continuous mixing machine is applied in building materials, glass, titanium pigment, calcium carbonate, heat preservation, heat preservation materials, metallurgy, ore mining, paper making industry.
Continuous granular mixer is used for blending two kinds of materials with almost the same proportions. This blending mixer can't be used for blending materials if one kind of material is less than 10% proportion.
Applied materials are thickening powder, fly ash humidifying, feedstuff granules making, lass, titanium pigment, calcium carbonate, bentonite clay, cement concrete.
